Radiological imaging of the head, paranasal sinuses, chest, heart and abdominal organs. Ultrasound of the lungs and pleura, heart and abdominal organs.
ENT examination, naso-pharyngo-laryngofiberscopic evaluation and tympanometry. Aspiration of pathological substrate, foreign body removal, epistaxis treatment, oral cavity and ear care, and medication application in the external auditory canal.
Bronchoscopic exploration for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, including flexible fibre-optic and rigid bronchoscopy.
Sampling for microbiological testing from outpatients (throat, nose, conjunctiva, ear canal, wound, nasopharynx swabs). Classical bacteriological analyses with pathogen isolation and identification. Rapid immunochromatographic antigen tests and automated direct immunofluorescence (Ichroma II), indirect immunofluorescence (Pneumoslide), NAAT (Amplex), and mycobacterial sample processing.
General biochemical analyses (glucose, electrolytes, enzymes, lipid profile, urea, creatinine and more). Vitamin and mineral status including vitamin D; inflammatory processes and oxidative stress in chronic pulmonary disease. Serological allergy testing and complete blood count with morphology.
Spirometry with bronchodilator test, fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) measurement, physical therapy, kinesiotherapy and procedures for microbiological and laboratory sampling.
Skin prick tests for nutritional and inhalatory allergens. 24-hour pH-metry. Immunotherapy administration.
Diagnostic polysomnography for evaluation of sleep disorders in children.
Mantoux (PPD5) test.
Psychological assessment and counselling for children and families.
